Guests of RTA Pineta Azzurra can participate in sports activities and events organized by SKYBALL Beach Volley, BTS Beach Tennis School, Gotham Beach Tour and Experior Events. To register for events or book private beach tennis or volleyball lessons, simply make a request for the opportunity directly at our front desk. Join the fun and improve your sports skills!

House Rules

Check In /Check Out and reservation changes:

  • It is possible to check in from 3 pm to 8 pm.
  • Check out, on the other hand, is to be done by 11 am.
  • Any changes or cancellations of your reservation are without cost within 5 days from the date of check in.

Tourist  Tax:

In addition to the expected cost of their stay, our guests will be asked at check in to pay the amount of the City of Grosseto’s tourist tax, which amounts to 1.65 euros per guest per night, up to 14 nights. Children under the age of 14 are exempt from the tourist tax.

It will be necessary to provide the front desk with identification for each guest at the time of Check In.

Minors must always be accompanied by at least one adult.

General Rules:

–Smoking is prohibited inside the apartments.

-Pets are allowed.

-The structure does not offer safekeeping services of valuables at the reception.

–Cash, credit cards and bank transfer are accepted as payment methods at the reception

Extra apartment supplies and other services:

Linens (sheets and towels) for the apartments can be requested at an extra charge. The apartments are equipped with hairdryers and in case of need at the reception desk an iron with ironing board can be requested. Laundry services are available in the area if needed.
